Job summary

Allianz Services seeks a professional with legal, data privacy, and AI governance expertise to advise internal clients and implement regulatory solutions in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will design and manage projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and monitor evolving requirements worldwide, delivering clear recommendations and contributing to funding pitches and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics. Other comparable university degrees welcome.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• Experience with project and process management methods and techniques; project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with clients, particularly with C-level executives.
• English (C1) & German language (C1) proficiency. Additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with AI tools.
• Excellent teamwork and client relationship management skills.
• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support projects required by internal Allianz clients in the areas of Legal, Data Privacy, and AI Governance.
• Offer trusted advisory to our clients and assist with the implementation of new legal and risk-based requirements.
• Manage relationships with our clients and coordinate the execution of internal projects with all relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor upcoming requirements across the various Allianz entities worldwide and assess the potential impact on our clients.
• Communicate recommendations to our clients in a structured, clear, and comprehensive manner.
• Support in project pitches for project acquisition.
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Services, including internal trainings and exchanges, team events, etc.

Role Overview

This role is designed for lawyers, data protection specialists, and AI governance experts looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic consulting environment. Consultants are expected to design and implement solutions to support Allianz's internal clients in navigating and managing the ever-changing regulatory challenges. Applicants are therefore expected to bring solid industrial and functional expertise to meet our clients' requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.

What You Do

What You Bring

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics. Other comparable university degrees are also welcome.

• Experience working with clients, particularly with C-level executives
• English (C1) & German language (C1) proficiency. Additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools
• Excellent teamwork and client relationship management skills
• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
• Experience in project-based work and cross-team collaboration
• We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

Desired Certifications And Experience

• Privacy certifications (e.g. "CIPP/E", "CIPP/US", "CIPP/A", "CIPT", "CIPM" from IAPP)
• Information security certifications (e.g. "ISO Internal Auditor certification", "ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management certification")
• AI governance certifications (e.g. "AIGP" from IAPP)
• Project management certifications (e.g. "Agile", "Scrum")
• Experience with GRC tools (e.g. "OneTrust")
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience and knowledge in the insurance and financial industry is a plus
