Job summary

Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting unit of Allianz Group, partnering with operating entities worldwide to drive transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence. We seek candidates with a university degree and at least 1 year in operational business or management consulting, plus strong English and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employe.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking.
• Desire to make a difference and willingness to be coached; enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
• Excellent command of English for presentations and reports; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (complex functions).
• Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project/change management tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
• Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.
