Job summary

Kroll's Business Transformation practice seeks an ambitious Consultant to join our Munich or Frankfurt office. You will work on strategy, performance improvement, finance and transformation, engaging with C‑Suite and management across Europe.

This is a unique chance to be entrepreneurial from day one while developing your strategic, operational and financial transformation skills. Join a team that supports growth, develops new consulting products, and offers mentorship and international exposure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with very good academic record in relevant field.
• First relevant work experience or internships, preferably in consulting.
• Solid financial knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work in a team.

Job description

Our newly founded Business Transformation practice combines our expertise in the areas of strategy, performance improvement, finance and transformation management. We focus on evaluating and developing new business models, finding new ways for top line growth, designing organisational structures, optimizing operational processes and developing new production or network footprints. We support our customers in company-wide transformations from analysis and concept development to implementation and often remain as trusted advisors even after the project has ended. Typical clients include large and mid-size corporates, private equity houses, creditors, and hedge funds.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and qualified candidate with the following attributes to join our Munich or Frankfurt office as a Consultant. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects across Europe as well as support in growing our Business Transformation practice. This is a unique opportunity to be entrepreneurial from day one by supporting the development of our Business Transformation practice but also to develop your skills in strategic, operational and financial Transformations closely working with C‑Suite and Management of large corporations or investors.

Responsibilities

• Apply your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to find solutions to our client’s challenges
• Conduct comprehensive business analyses, market research and business model evaluations
• Support our client in identifying and implementing performance improvement or top line growth initiatives
• Support the development of presentations for the C‑suite and top management of our clients
• Help grow our Business Transformation practice by supporting senior colleagues with the development of new consulting products

Requirements

• Master’s degree with very good academic record, preferably with a major in business, economics, engineering or a related field
• First relevant work experience or internships, preferably in consulting and in the area of strategy, organisation or operations is welcome
• Solid financial knowledge and understanding of financial statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, proactive and able to work in a team
