Kroll is seeking interns for its Global Corporate Finance team in Germany. You will support live M&A sell-side and buy-side projects, develop company profiles, and analyze market data while collaborating with a dynamic team.

The role requires current study in business administration or economics, strong analytical skills, and excellent English; German language is a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is expected, with exposure to client-facing materials and reports.

Formación

• Currently studying business administration / economics
• Availability for a six-month period
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with teamwork and personal commitment
• Excellent English (written and spoken); German desirable
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of company and capital market analyses and company profiles
• Analysis of comparable companies and transactions for valuation and benchmarking using industry databases
• Extensive research on markets, companies, potential investors, and target companies for new business generation

The Ideal Candidate
