You will work with clients on multi-lever transformations, spanning cost, revenue growth, operating model changes, and organizational capability building in Germany or Austria. Engagements typically last 12+ months, with strong emphasis on practical implementation and measurable impact across diverse industries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in professional services, especially management consulting or transformation.
• Experience turning around operations and driving growth with strategic levers.
• Fluent English and German, strong quantitative and communication skills.

You will join one of our offices in Germany or Austria as part of our fast-growing MT practice, established in 2010 to drive holistic performance improvement and corporate restructuring. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of professionals from diverse backgrounds – industry, private equity, and the restructuring ecosystem – together with our global network of industry and functional experts, all committed to delivering measurable performance improvements alongside our clients. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record
• 3+ years of experience working in professional service environments, especially management consulting, restructuring/transformation consulting, investment banking, private equity, or large corporation
• Experience in driving operational turnarounds and/or accelerated growth initiatives spanning critical strategic, revenue, cost, and working capital levers
• Experience with financial modeling, analysis and valuation preferred
• Ability to drive change through people leadership and capability building
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
