Detecon looks for a results-driven leader to guide digital transformation projects from vision to implementation across client organizations. You will shape enterprise architectures, develop business cases, and embed AI-driven solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

With a Master’s degree and early consulting experience, you’ll communicate clearly, collaborate well in teams, and travel as required.

Formación

• Excellent university degree (Master’s) in Business Administration, Information Systems, STEM, Psychology, or related field.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, digitalization, data, or AI via internships or entry-level roles.
• Strong analytical and structured way of thinking and working.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, team spirit, initiative, and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end responsibility for digitalization and AI programs, leading project teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Design and steer digital transformation initiatives, including strategies for digital business models and IT architectures.
• Develop integrated target pictures for digital, data, IT, and AI landscapes with business cases and governance.
• Act as a trusted adviser to top-management, ensuring clear communication on strategic and technological decisions.
• Own commercial topics including proposals, project scoping, and financial steering while contributing to portfolio development.

What You Can Expect

• You act as a trusted advisor to top-management stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and guidance on strategic and technological decisions
• You take ownership of commercial topics including proposals, project scoping, and financial steering, while actively contributing to portfolio development, methodologies, thought leadership, market development, and external representation
