Job summary

Exyte in Germany is seeking a Construction Manager MEP (m/f/d) to oversee high-tech EPC projects in biopharma and life science sectors. You will manage on-site construction, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor progress and quality, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering safe and efficient results.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Experience in construction management
• Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
• Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken) for communication with staff and authorities; English skills are a plus
• Valid German driver's license Class B
