KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck seeks a Construction Project Manager to coordinate national and international new-build projects. The role requires mobility to support external stakeholders worldwide and a permanent full-time arrangement.

You will manage cost, schedule, and quality across all phases, lead external planners and contractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and provide reporting and strategic input for investments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; or Master Craftsman/Technician with relevant experience.
• Several years of planning and managing industrial, administrative or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project management, contract management and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (≈50%).

For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate KWS' national and international new-build projects. The position is based at our headquarters in Einbeck, Germany, but requires a high degree of mobility to support external project stakeholders worldwide.

Your Responsibilities – Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:

• Manage and coordinate national and international construction projects from initial project idea through to commissioning
• Take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality management throughout all project phases.
• Manage and coordinate external planners, specialist engineers, general contractors and other project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and security requirements
• Prepare decision papers, project reports and management reports
• Support investment planning, tendering processes, contract awards, and contract management activities
• Provide technical and organizational support to international KWS sites

Your Profile – Where Expertise Meets Personality:

• Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field; alternatively, a qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician combined with several years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in planning and managing industrial, administrative or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of project management as well as contract management and tendering processes
• Confident and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders, combined with excellent communication skills
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German and English language skills
• Enthusiasm for projects in an intercultural working environment and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
