Zusammenfassung

EBAWE Anlagentechnik GmbH is seeking a project manager/design engineer for turnkey production plants in the precast concrete sector. You will independently control customer projects from planning to handover, coordinate across departments, and ensure commercial success.

The role requires a technical background and experience in plant construction, with strong MS Office and design software skills. Travel and English proficiency are expected; further language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Technician or university degree in mechanical engineering or technical training with practical experience.
• Experience as project manager or design engineer in plant/machinery construction is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Mechanical and Inventor.
• Strong organization, communication, and flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Independently control and coordinate customer projects from planning to handover.
• Be responsible for the commercial success of projects.
• Create project-related planning documents.
• Plan plants and interfaces with all involved departments and subcontractors.
• Act as main point of contact for customers and provide internal project status reporting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Possible transition to the international sales team after induction and experience in project management.

Your role

• Independent control and coordination of customer projects within the scope of machinery and plant construction from the project planning phase to handover to the customer
• Responsibility for the commercial success of the projects
• Creation of project-related planning documents
• Project planning of plants
• Interface to all departments and subcontractors involved
• Main point of contact for the customer
• Internal reporting on the project status
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prospective move to the international sales team after appropriate induction and experience in project management
  

Your profile

• Technician, university degree in mechanical engineering or technical training with sound professional experience
• Practical experience as project manager or design engineer in plant/machinery construction desirable
• Very good knowledge of the standard MS Office applications
• Very good knowledge of relevant design programs (Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical, Inventor)
• Organisational strengths, communication skills and flexibility
• Confident demeanour, high level of personal responsibility together with resilience under pressure
• Customer and results-oriented thinking and acting
• Occasional travel
• Spoken and written English, further language skills advantageous
