Job Description

• Management of new construction/conversion and revitalization projects with a view to on-time, high-quality implementation, focusing on project optimization together with the project team and subcontractors.
• Management of space/occupancy and workspace planning including relocation management.
• User management with regard to requirements for the construction and relocation projects.
• Communication with public authorities.
• Management and coordination of the entire commercial administration of the commercial real estate portfolio in Germany and abroad.
• Representation of owners and support of internal customers in all commercial matters.
• Planning and ensuring cost- and budget-oriented property management.
• Negotiation, conclusion and monitoring of rental and purchase agreements.
• Management and continuous optimization of the management portfolio as well as all process flows.
• Expansion of the network with external service providers and brokers.
• Project controlling, target/actual comparisons and preparation of business evaluations.
• Ensuring regular reporting to the division management.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience in the management of construction projects.
• Sound professional experience in commercial real estate management as well as management experience.
• Basic MS Office and SAP skills.
• Very good German and good English.
• Criticism, conflict and decision-making skills with a pronounced customer orientation at various interfaces.
• Independent, proactive, structured and organized way of working.
