KWS SAAT SE is seeking a Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) for Einbeck, Germany, to coordinate national and international new-build projects. The role is based at our Einbeck headquarters with high mobility to support stakeholders worldwide.

We offer a permanent full-time position with diverse responsibilities in an international environment, requiring travel up to approx. 50% and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field, or a Master Craftsman/Technician with experience.
• Several years of planning and managing industrial, administrative or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project management, contract management, and tendering processes.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, self-reliant, solution-oriented approach; fluent in German and English; willingness to travel internationally (~50%).

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate national and international construction projects from initial project idea through to commissioning
• Take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality management throughout all project phases.
• Manage external planners, specialist engineers, general contractors and other project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and security requirements
• Prepare decision papers, project reports and management reports
• Support investment planning, tendering processes, contract awards, and contract management activities
• Provide technical and organizational support to international KWS sites

Your Responsibilities - Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:

• Manage and coordinate national and international construction projects from initial project idea through to commissioning
• Take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality management throughout all project phases.
• Manage and coordinate external planners, specialist engineers, general contractors and other project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and security requirements
• Prepare decision papers, project reports and management reports

• Provide technical and organizational support to international KWS sites

Your Profile - Where Expertise Meets Personality:

• Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field; alternatively, a qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician combined with several years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in planning and managing industrial, administrative or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of project management as well as contract management and tendering processes
• Confident and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders, combined with excellent communication skills
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German and English language skills
• Enthusiasm for projects in an intercultural working environment and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
