Job summary

Excelloit Consultancy Services sucht einen Site Manager für HVAC & Sanitary Engineering in Bayern. Primär vor Ort arbeiten Sie auf Baustellen, leiten Teams und koordinieren Subunternehmern, um Qualität, Termine und Kosten im Griff zu halten.

Die Position erfordert mindestens 3–4 Jahre Bauleitungserfahrung, Meister-/Techniker-Qualifikation oder gleichwertige Praxis. Eine 4,5-Tage Woche mit einem Remote-Tag pro Woche, 30 Urlaubstage, Gesundheitsbudget und weitere Vorteile sind vorgesehen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Meister-/Techniker-Qualification im HVAC/TGA/HKLS oder gleichwertige umfangreiche Praxis.
• Mindestens 3–4 Jahre Bauleitungs- oder Installationsleitungserfahrung im Heiz- und Sanitärbereich.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und Führerschein Klasse B.

Responsibilities

• Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallationen auf Baustellen.
• Führung und Koordination von 3–8 Technikern und Subunternehmern.
• Gewährleistung von Qualität, Terminen, Kosten und Sicherheitsstandards.
• Baustellerdokumentation und projektbezogene Korrespondenz.
• Aufmaßvorbereitung, Unterstützung bei der Rechnungsstellung und Koordination zusätzlicher Arbeiten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Beschaffung und Finanzen.

Hiring: Site Manager – HVAC & Sanitary Engineering (m/f/d)

Work Model: Primarily On-site

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

Salary: €55,000–€75,000 gross per year

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and supervise heating and sanitary installation activities at construction sites.
• Lead and coordinate teams of 3–8 technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, costs, and safety standards.
• Manage site documentation and project-related correspondence.
• Prepare measurements, support invoicing, and coordinate additional work orders.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, and finance teams.
• Qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in HVAC, TGA, HKLS, Heating, or Sanitary Engineering, or equivalent extensive experience as a Senior Installation Supervisor.
• Minimum 3–4 years of construction site management experience in heating and sanitary projects.
• Proven experience leading installation teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Valid Class B driving licence.
• Construction site software experience is an advantage.
• Attractive salary package of €55,000–€75,000 per year.
• 4.5-day working week and one remote working day per week, subject to agreement.
