g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Civil & Structural Construction Manager for a Steel Production Plant project in Southwestern Germany. The role is 100% on-site with an 18-month duration, starting in early October, and offered on a freelance/B2B basis.

You will oversee and coordinate civil works activities, ensuring safe execution, adherence to schedule, and quality compliance across industrial installations in manufacturing facilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as Civils Supervisor / Civil Site Manager / Civil Construction Manager.
• Experience on industrial installation projects (manufacturing/processing/chemical/power).
• Fluent German and English (minimum C1 German).
• EU freelancer right to work; EU passport holder.

G2 are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Civil & Structural Construction Manager / Rohabu Construction Manager for a Steel Production Plant Project for 18 month freelance opportunity.

The project will be 100% on site based in Southwestern Germany and the start date early in October.

You will oversee and coordinate civil works activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

- Must be a fluent German and English speaker (minimum C1 German).

- EU right to work as a Freelancer (EU passport holder).

- Minimum of 5 year's experience as a Civils Supervisor/Civil Site Manager/Civil Construction Manager.

- Must have had experience working on industrial installation projects such as Manufacturing facilities/Processing Plants/Chemical Plants/Power Plants etc.

As this role is 100% on site you must be prepared to register to pay tax in Germany from the outset, be that via a payroll company or register directly with German tax authorities.
