g2 is currently working with a leading construction and engineering company seeking a Contract QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control processes for large-scale infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Germany on a high-profile project, ensuring compliance with industry standards, specifications, and client requirements.

Our client is in a significant growth phase and committed to delivering projects to the highest standards. You will join a collaborative and experienced team, overseeing QA/QC documentation, site inspections, and compliance audits to ensure quality across all construction phases.

To be considered, you must have:

• Extensive QA/QC experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects
• Familiarity with European and German construction standards (DIN, EN ISO)
• Proficiency in quality documentation, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements
• Hands-on experience with site inspections and non-conformance reporting (NCRs)
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
• Right to work in the EU
• Experience with civil, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects in Germany
• Knowledge of welding inspections, material certifications, and material testing
• Relevant certifications (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, or equivalent)
