Zusammenfassung

Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Freelance Construction Manager for a Brownfield Power Plant conversion project in Germany. You will oversee on-site mechanical construction activities, ensure HSE and permit-to-work compliance, and coordinate multiple subcontractors across complex interfaces.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background and fluent English and German, with the ability to operate on highly regulated industrial sites.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a construction/site manager on power plants or large industrial projects in Germany.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of construction HSE standards.
• Confident managing multiple subcontractors and complex interfaces.
