Zusammenfassung

Freelance Construction Site Manager (Bauleiter) needed for a major industrial project in Bavaria. You will manage on-site activities, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality.

The role requires several years of site-management experience on large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects, plus a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Construction Site Manager on large-scale projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of German regulatory requirements and site procedures.
• HSE qualifications such as SCC or SiGeKo are preferred.

Freelance Construction Site Manager | Industrial Construction | Bavaria, Germany

I’m working with a leading engineering and construction company delivering large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across Southern Germany. Due to continued project growth, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager (Bauleiter) to support the delivery of a major project in Bavaria.

Location: Bavaria, Germany

Duration: 12–18 months

Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

Rate: DOE

Language: German and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction activities on site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Commissioning teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, to budget, and in accordance with quality and German regulatory requirements.
• Several years of experience as a Construction Site Manager / Bauleiter on large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of German construction regulations, site procedures, and subcontractor management.
• Fluent German and good English, with the right to work in Germany.
• Experience working on pharmaceutical, data centre, manufacturing, energy, or process plant projects.
• Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• HSE qualifications such as SCC or SiGeKo and experience in international project environments.
