Zusammenfassung

Schaeffler AG is seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Benefits Manager to lead global benefits programs and pension governance. You will design local benefits and coordinate with international stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and high service quality.

The role requires a degree in business administration and several years of benefits experience, including pension planning, with strong Excel and data analysis skills and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, with a focus on HR, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in benefits, including global pension / retirement planning.
• Several years of experience working with international stakeholders and different country-specific requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits, or payroll systems, as well as AI applications, is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way, combined with intercultural competence.
• A high degree of initiative, paired with a structured and analytical working style.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage and strategically develop global benefits programs, including the design and rollout of local benefits.
• Ensure governance for benefits and pension programs, including policy compliance and documentation.
• Provide support and advice on pension and retirement planning topics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Analyze benefits data, cost trends, and market developments, and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
• Advise HR and business stakeholders on all benefits-related matters.
• Manage external service providers and coordinate internal interfaces to ensure efficient processes and high service quality.
• Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the area of Total Rewards and Benefits.
