Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Germany seeks a seasoned HR transformation professional to drive the Europe HR roadmap and People Strategy.

You will partner with HR leadership across multiple countries to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure disciplined execution. In this role you will coordinate cross-border initiatives, optimize services and operating models, and deliver compelling leadership materials and steering discussions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in consulting, HR transformation, or strategy implementation, with a focus on HR services and operating models.
• Excellent powerpoint skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, change communication, and facilitation skills.
• Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work across international and matrix environments.
• Strong analytical, structured, and execution-oriented mindset.
