The Hoxton Berlin is seeking a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) for a 1-year fixed term absence coverage. You will join a fast-growing hospitality team and work closely with the Head Chef in a vibrant Berlin kitchen.

This role offers hands-on experience across kitchen operations, with emphasis on teamwork and delivering memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for candidates with a culinary apprenticeship, passion for fresh ingredients and the ability to thrive in a busy European kitchen environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship as a Chef or similar qualifications are ideal.
• Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a European cuisine.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavors.
• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun.
• You’re not precious; we leave egos at the door and help get stuff done.

• Keep your station well-organised and ready for service; ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.

• Maintain hygiene and food safety; keep your area spotless and up to Hoxton standards.
• Check deliveries, store ingredients properly, and monitor freshness.
• Learn from senior chefs and grow your skills daily.
• Be a real team player; share ideas and bring positive vibes to the kitchen.
