Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG sucht eine/n Fräser/in bzw. Zerspanungstechniker/in zur eigenständigen Programmierung und Einrichtung von 3-/5-Achsfräsmaschinen. Sie arbeiten in Einzel- und Serienproduktion, lesen technische Zeichnungen und führen Wartung durch.

Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im relevanten Bereich, Erfahrung mit Hurco/Heidenhain-Systemen und Bereitschaft zum 2-3-Schichtbetrieb. BE-Führerschein runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer o. ä.
• Bereitschaft, 2-3-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten.
• Erfahrung in Programmierung 3- bzw. 5-Achs-Werkzeugen.
• Technische Zeichnungen lesen und umsetzen.
• Grundkenntnisse Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich).
• BE-Führerschein vorhanden.

Responsibilities

• Bedienung von Fräsmaschinen in Einzel- und Serienproduktion.
• Eigenständige Programmierung von Bauteilen auf 3- oder 5-Achsmaschinen.
• Einrichten der Maschine für Auftragsdurchführung.
• Wartung und Instandhaltung der Fräsmaschinen.
• Präzises Messen und Prüfen der Bauteile auf Maßhaltigkeit.
• Parameter- und Programmieroptimierung der Bearbeitungsprozesse.

Job description

You will operate the milling machines in both single-piece and batch production You will confidently read and interpret technical drawings to guide your production steps You will independently programme components on 3-axis or 5-axis machines You will set up the machine independently for the respective production order You carry out regular maintenance and servicing work on the milling machines You check and measure the manufactured components for dimensional accuracy and quality You will configure the appropriate programme settings on the Hurco or Heidenhain control system You will monitor the production process and optimise the machining parameters as required In the event of deviations or faults in the production process, you will respond independently and take appropriate action

You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-operation mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification You have already gained experience in programming 3-axis or 5-axis machines and in operating Hurco or Heidenhain control systems You are able to read technical drawings and work to them You have a basic command of written and spoken German You are willing to work a 2-3 shift rota You also hold a BE driving licence Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strong points A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
