• Administer and support GCP, AWS, and/or Azure cloud environments
• Support Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Groups, Meet, and user administration
• Manage cloud servers, virtual machines, storage, networking, users, roles, and permissions
• Monitor system availability, performance, security, backups, and infrastructure health
• Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, authentication, and application issues
• Support Windows and Linux systems, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance
• Assist with security configurations and vulnerability remediation
• Support application deployments, migrations, backup, and recovery activities
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Work with application, network, cybersecurity, help desk, and government customer teams

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of cloud, systems administration, or infrastructure support experience
• Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, and/or Azure
• Experience with Google Workspace administration is highly preferred
• Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux systems
• Knowledge of cloud networking, identity/access management, monitoring, security, backup, and recovery
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Bachelors in IT or related technologies
• Federal government IT support experience preferred
• Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, RMF, and ATO environments preferred
• Experience with Google Cloud Identity, IAM, monitoring, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID preferred
• Google Cloud, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, or CompTIA certifications are a plus
• US Citizen work authorization required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Must be a US Citizen
