Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise Azure environments in Germany. You will manage VMs, networks, identity, security controls, and automation, collaborating with development teams on deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

You should have extensive Azure experience, Windows Server expertise, and a strong bias toward automation using PowerShell and IaC tools like ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience.

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Administer Azure Virtual Machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, resource groups, and supporting services.

• Provide Tier III infrastructure support and escalation assistance


• Support Linux-based systems and services when needed


• Assist with administration and troubleshooting of Meraki infrastructure, Meraki vMX, FortiGate virtual appliances, VPN technologies, routing, switching, DNS, and network security controls


• Work with internal teams and service providers to diagnose connectivity, routing, firewall, and performance issues


• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and operating procedures


• Participate in cloud migration, modernization, security, and infrastructure lifecycle projects


• Use Jira for project tracking, issue management, change coordination, and documentation


• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements
