The role offers both full-time (40hrs) and part-time (20hrs) options, with a Mon-Fri schedule 8AM-6PM EST and flexible shifts with no weekend work.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 1+ year in customer service, client support, or healthcare admin preferred — but we’ll train the right person
• Communication: Amazing written + verbal skills. You’re empathetic, clear, and professional
• Tech Skills: Comfortable with CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office. 45+ WPM typing
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
• Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Reliable internet + quiet workspace. HIPAA training provided
