Job Description

• You collaborate closely with Managing Directors and various stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment


• You serve as the key point of contact for the "second line of defense" to ensure compliance and risk management on behalf of Client Success


• You organise and prepare key meetings and reports to enhance the operational efficiency of Client Success


• You lead or support projects and ensure end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives


• You oversee and optimise Client Success processes to ensure regulatory compliance, standardisation, and operational efficiency


• You analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement potentials, and translate these findings into actionable initiatives

Qualifications

• You have relevant professional experience in coordinative roles, with a proven track record in project and process management


• You are skilled in defining goals, planning in phases, and driving end-to-end process improvements


• You possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and can structure complex topics to derive actionable solutions


• You have impeccable communication and presentation skills.


• You are skilled at collaborating with and managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.


• You bring an independent, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset, and are comfortable building structures and processes from the ground up


• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
