Christian Dior Couture in Berlin Kudamm is seeking a Retail Intern to join our luxury boutique team. The role requires availability for at least 6 months and full-time (40 hours per week).

You will deliver exceptional customer care, embody the Maison's ambassadorial standards, and support daily boutique operations. Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion and creativity, with strong communication and a client-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Support the boutique team in all areas of luxury retail.
• Be an ambassador for Maison Christian Dior and help maintain a welcoming client-focused environment.
• Assist the boutique team with operational aspects of the department.
• Provide best-in-class service, including wrapping gifts and stock coordination.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during the boutique visit.
• Attend to special needs and requests of clients.

Job responsibilities

• Supporting our boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand
• Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
• Assisting the boutique team in the operational aspects of the department
• Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
• Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients

Profile

• Desiring to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
• Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
• High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
• Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
