Christian Dior Couture Munich boutique seeks a skilled tailor to own tailoring craftmanship, alterations, repairs, and styling for prestige clients in a luxury environment.

You will partner with Sales Associates to deliver expert advice, uphold Dior standards, and ensure flawless fittings. Fluency in German and/or English, plus 3+ years of ready-to-wear tailoring, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of ready-to-wear tailoring experience with complex fabrics such as silk or leather.
• Maintaining high standards of seamstressing and tailoring in a luxury boutique.

• Ensure proper fit, marking, alteration, repair, and pressing of garments.
• Meet or exceed client alteration requests with precision and timeliness.
• Advise clients on tailoring options and product recommendations with Sales Associates.

For our boutique in Munich we are looking for a Tailor with passion and drive. You will take ownership of all tailoring craftmanship activities inside the store and partner with Sales Associates to assist clients with alterations, fit, repairs, styling etc. based on the client’s requirement and Christian Dior standards.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the proper fit, marking, altering, repair, and pressing of garments
• Strive to meet/exceed client alteration requests in a precise and timely manner
• Partner with Sales Associates, offering expert tailor advisement and recommendation to clients as needed
• Demonstrating excellent product and tailoring knowledge
• Ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in ready-to-wear tailoring with complex fabrics (e.g., Silk, Leather etc.), retail experience is a plus
• Maintaining the highest standards of seamstressing and tailoring in line with Christian Dior standards within the boutique
• Excellent communication skills and experience of communicating with prestigious clients
• Professional presentation as well as excellent interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Fluent in German and/or English
