We are MIETHKE, a globally active, medium-sized medical technology company based in Potsdam. As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid - with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. Our particularly high level of vertical integration is a key success factor.

We are looking for a competent individual to join our order processing team, someone with a keen eye and a knack for detailed assembly work. Our cleanroom team currently includes qualified dental technicians and opticians, as well as care workers for the elderly and tailors. In short: your professional background is not the deciding factor for us. What matters far more is that you take great care in your work and derive satisfaction from meaningful work.

YOUR TASKS

• You will assemble components and implants.
• You will inspect the manufactured products against our quality requirements.
• You will document all work steps in accordance with company guidelines.
• You will package the products for subsequent sterilisation.
• You will clean parts and equipment and prepare the materials required for the orders.
• You will handle tools and work equipment with care and ensure they are properly maintained.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training and initial experience in the field of small-component assembly would be an advantage
• Patience and a delicate touch
• A highly responsible approach to work with a strong focus on quality
• The ability to work independently, as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes
• Good command of German
