Job summary

NTT DATA in Deutschland sucht Sie als Cisco UC Specialist, der stabile Betrieb komplexer UC-Umgebungen sicherstellt, Störungen analysiert und nachhaltige Lösungen entwickelt. Sie arbeiten eng mit Herstellern, Technikern und Kunden zusammen und profitieren von Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Cisco-Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Informatik-/Elektrotechnik-Studium oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
• Mehrjährige Praxis im Cisco Unified Communications Umfeld.
• Zertifizierungen wie CCNP Collaboration oder CCNP Enterprise bevorzugt.
• Erfahrung mit Drittanbieter-Lösungen wie Enghouse/OpenText RightFax von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Cisco UC-Umgebungen per Remote-Zugriff.
• 2nd-Level-Support für komplexe Systemlandschaften übernehmen.
• Fehleranalyse und Entstörung von Third-Party-Applikationen.
• Lösungskonzepte, Workarounds und Empfehlungen erstellen.
• Technische Eskalationen gegenüber Herstellern steuern und betreuen.
• Kunden im Rahmen bestehender Serviceverträge kompetent beraten.

In dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil eines spezialisierten Experten-Teams und sorgen für den stabilen Betrieb komplexer Cisco Unified Communications Umgebungen. Sie analysieren anspruchsvolle Störungen, entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungen und begleiten Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Collaboration-Infrastruktur. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Herstellern, technischen Spezialisten und Kunden zusammen und profitieren von vielfältigen Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Cisco-Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Cisco Unified Communications Umgebungen per Remote-Zugriff
• Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports für komplexe Systemlandschaften und technische Fragestellungen
• Fehleranalyse und Entstörung von angebundenen Third-Party-Applikationen
• Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten, Workarounds und Handlungsempfehlungen für Kunden und Servicetechniker vor Ort
• Steuerung und Betreuung technischer Eskalationen gegenüber Herstellern
• Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Rahmen bestehender Serviceverträge
• Planung und Umsetzung von Standard- sowie Non-Standard-Changes inklusive Qualitätssicherung
• Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften und Schichtdiensten mit entsprechender Vergütung

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Cisco Unified Communications Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cisco UC-Lösungen sowie idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie CCNP Collaboration oder CCNP Enterprise
• Erfahrung mit Drittanbieter-Lösungen, beispielsweise Enghouse (Andtek) oder OpenText RightFax
• Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Cisco Jabber, Webex, Spark oder Video-Collaboration-Lösungen sind von Vorteil
• Analytische Denkweise sowie Freude an der strukturierten Fehleranalyse
• Hohe Kundenorientierung, Teamgeist und Eigenverantwortung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
