Job summary

Atherton Stone Ltd is seeking a CTO-level executive to lead the Engineering and Product strategy for a Germany-based SaaS provider located in Munich. This Executive role will sit on the core leadership team and shape product direction, team structure, and organizational behaviours to scale the business.

You will be an experienced CTO with a background in product-based development and a track record of delivering complex SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering and product teams.
• Strong track record in product-based development and execution.
• Experience in a senior CTO/CPO role within a SaaS company.

They are looking for a CPO to lead all Engineering and Product strategy and execution. This person will be a key member of the Exec team and help to shape teams and behaviours whilst playing a leading role in the evolution of the product and business.
