Job summary

colayer is seeking a senior product and technology leader to own complex transformations end-to-end for mid to large companies, spanning strategy to delivery. You will reposition products, build or rebuild software, and drive the implementation of ERP, e-commerce/Shop, and BI systems.

You must balance a clear product vision with hands-on technical execution, align senior stakeholders, and steer delivery teams toward guaranteed outcomes across heterogeneous landscapes.

Qualifications

• Seasoned product and technology leader with senior or C-level experience (CPO, VP Product, or comparable).
• Track record steering complex transformations end-to-end across strategy and delivery.
• Equally strong on product vision and technical execution, comfortable owning both.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management across business and engineering.
