DSJ Global is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and enhance nationwide logistics operations in Germany. Reporting to ownership, you will drive profitability, growth, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

You will manage senior leaders, own KPIs, and shape site development while partnering with commercial teams on key customer relationships. Expect executive autonomy and a compelling bonus/vehicle package.
