Chief Commercial Officer – Technology Scale-Up

Location: Hybrid / Aachen, Germany | Full-time

Are you ready to take ownership of commercial growth at a technology scale-up with global potential? In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the go-to-market strategy, shaping sales, marketing, and customer engagement on an international stage.

The Role:

  • Lead and scale international sales and marketing teams
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies from first pitch through global rollout
  • Build partnerships, identify market opportunities, and create scalable business models
  • Position innovative technology with key accounts, ecosystems, and industry events
  • Translate complex technology into clear customer value

Required:

  • Senior experience in sales/marketing leadership within a tech environment (deep tech, semiconductor, communications, embedded or similar)
  • Strong familiarity with wireless communication, radar markets, and semiconductor IP or chip products
  • Proven success in long-cycle B2B environments with international customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills
  • Ability to connect with both developers and decision-makers
  • Excellent English (German a plus)
