Qualifikationen

• Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während des Abendservices.
• Individueller Gästekontakt und Ansprechpartner sein.
• Mise-en-place vorbereiten.
• Buchungen im Matrix-Kassensystem durchführen.
• Mitarbeiter anleiten und den Überblick behalten.
• Produkte des Hauses aktiv anbieten.

• You ensure a smooth service during the evening service in the Dünenrestaurant.
• You look after our guests individually and are available as a contact person.
• You prepare the mise-en-place.
• You book the sales in the Matrix cash register system.
• You guide your employees and keep an overview during the service process.
• You inspire our guests for the products of the house and actively offer them.
• You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to our guests at all times.

• Experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry
