THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Change Manager (all genders) you will play a key role in supporting hospitals during the introduction of our Avelios software solution. This is a highly operational and people-centered position with on-site presence in hospitals. You will accompany clinical end users throughout trainings, go-lives, and hypercare phases and act as a central interface between hospital stakeholders and internal implementation teams. Your success will be measured by smooth transitions, high user acceptance, and stable operations after go-live. This role includes frequent travel to customer sites.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate end-user trainings and hypercare phases together with internal teams and external partners
• Conduct on-site and remote trainings for clinical users prior to go-live, tailored to different roles and workflows
• Act as the main point of contact during go-live and stabilization phases in hospitals
• Manage change and stakeholders in the clinical environment, fostering acceptance and addressing concerns proactively
• Collect, analyze, and document user feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Communicate and prioritize insights for internal teams to continuously improve our software and rollout processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Practical experience in hospitals or in the implementation of clinical IT systems
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, user needs and passion for intuitive, modern digital products in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and confidence when working with diverse stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset and experience with documentation or ticketing systems
• High level of ownership, resilience, and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and good working proficiency in English
