Responsibilities

• Manage inflight catering and onboard products across our charter operations
• Coordinate with catering suppliers at different stations (sometimes daily)
• Adapt inflight products to different clients, routes, and last-minute changes
• Keep quality, hygiene, and service standards on point — even when plans change
• Support cost control while keeping passengers and clients happy

Qualifications

• Experience in airline catering or inflight services (ad hoc charter experience = you already know 😄)
• Strong organization skills and a calm head when schedules change
• Flexibility — because “standard operation” is not really a charter thing
• A practical, can-do attitude and good sense of humor
