Richemont Iberia SL in Hamburg is seeking a Category Controller (m/f/d) for a full-time position at our Hamburg Headquarters starting 1 December 2026. The Controller will join the finance team to support financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, partnering with Stakeholders to maintain data integrity.

You'll drive margin analysis across categories, act as a business partner for Writing Instruments, Leather and Watches, develop margins for novelties, and collaborate with Supply

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on Controlling.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable position.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP BW.
• Fluent English skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive Margin Analysis and Planning, measuring margin deviations to Budget and formulating expectations on revised forecasts as part of the monthly KPIs.
• Act as a Business Partner for the main Business Categories: Writing Instruments, Leather and Watches.
• Analyze and discuss Contributive and Gross Margins for the Categories.
• Provide margin calculations for novelties and evaluate the financial success of the assortment.
• Implement sound processes for margin analysis and driving execution on forecasts and reporting.
• Develop a close relationship with Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Accounting.
• Challenge financial planning objectives in the context of quarterly forecasts and the yearly budget.
