Richemont Iberia SL in Hamburg seeks a Senior FP&A Controller – Finance Digitalization to lead financial planning, reporting and automation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance to ensure accuracy and timely statements while enabling data-driven decision making.

The role covers Looker/Power BI-based dashboards, consolidation processes and advanced financial modeling. It requires 8–10 years in FP&A/Controlling and strong Excel skills, with a hands-on approach to data

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, BI, or Finance Transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading finance reporting automation projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modelling expertise.

• Coordinate the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

• by coordinating the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes
• by analyzing financial performance across the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement

You’ll have…

• 8-10 years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, Business Intelligence, or Finance Transformation
• demonstrated experience leading finance reporting automation projects
• a strong understanding of financial planning and management reporting
• advanced Excel skills
• hands-on proficiency with Looker, Power BI, SAP, or similar BI Tools
• deep expertise in data models, KPIs, and reporting architecture
