EvenUp seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day work across multiple remote case management teams. You will lead through team leads who directly manage staff, hire and coach managers, and establish rituals and standards to keep distributed teams aligned and high-performing.

• Hire, coach, and develop team leads and managers, building their capabilities as people-managers.
• Establish structure, rituals, and standards to keep distributed teams aligned and high-performing.
• Ensure all pre-litigation cases are managed from claims setup through lien resolution with complete documentation and strict timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency at scale.
• Uphold quality standards in documentation, communication, and client interaction.
• Support teams in managing client communication with empathy, clarity, and responsiveness.
• Resolve escalated issues related to treatment, insurance communication or liens.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and external providers to prepare cases for negotiation.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to build and refine industry-leading tools and systems.
