Elite is seeking a senior product leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products within a flexible, cloud-native SaaS platform for law firm operations. You will drive product strategy, align with executive goals, and lead a diverse, global team to deliver measurable value and revenue impact.

You will define structured roadmaps, establish KPIs, and foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning across the organization.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, delivering value and quality.
• Drive structured roadmaps, OKRs, and data-driven decision making.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess product impact on revenue and adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Provide coaching to help PMs grow and foster a psychologically safe environment.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
