Mercor is seeking an experienced investment banking professional for a remote contract role.

You will construct enterprise investment banking scenarios for $1B+ M&A transactions, support multi-stakeholder deal committees, and develop deal execution models using Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet. You will apply DCF, comparables, LBOs, and fairness opinions to produce reference pitch books and valuation models.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years working in M&A advisory, capital markets, or leveraged finance at a bulge-bracket bank, elite boutique, or major financial institution (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Evercore, Lazard)
• Direct ownership of F500-scale deal execution, capital raises, or advisory mandates.
• Fluency in investment banking tooling, valuation methodologies, and deal-process mechanics, plus understanding of F500 board approvals, regulatory review (SEC, antitrust), and due diligence processes
