Mercor seeks a Marketing Expert on a contract basis to design measurement criteria and evaluate AI-driven and human marketing outputs. This role is remote, with compensation in hourly USD rates and a focus on clear, evidence-based judgments.

You will work independently to deliver precise scoring frameworks, provide written justifications, and iterate with senior reviewers to improve model performance while meeting deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising.
• Background as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at top-tier global creative agencies, or in senior brand marketing roles at leading consumer companies.
• Deep fluency in writing and evaluating creative briefs, campaign development across channels, and brand positioning and messaging.
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable having your judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers.
