Mercor is seeking a Strategic Finance Expert for a contract, remote role. You will build business cases, perform investment appraisals, and help guide capital decisions at leadership level.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in strategic finance, access to deal desk or pricing strategy, and experience in growth equity or Big 4 strategy, now in an operating company. Remote work from Germany is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Must Have 4+ years in strategic finance, corporate strategy, or corporate planning inside an operating company.
• Ownership of a capital or pricing decision that went to leadership for review.
• Preferred management consulting or Big 4 strategy background now in an operator seat.
• Growth equity background now in-house.
• Deal desk or pricing strategy experience.

Aufgaben

• Build business cases and investment appraisals using NPV, IRR, and payback for projects and decisions.
• Produce capital allocation determinations, ranking investments against hurdle rates with portfolio review.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses of the corporate plan across demand, pricing, and cost.
• Analyze pricing and discount economics to support price setting and deal desk approvals with margin impact.
• Conduct market sizing and competitive landscape analysis, cohort and unit economics, and cost baseline and savings analysis.

Position: Strategic Finance Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $85–$100/hour Location: Remote
