Zusammenfassung

WAGNER Group seeks a skilled CAD Designer at the Langenhagen headquarter near Hannover to create, modify, and validate CAD drawings and 3D models for components and assemblies. You will manage BOMs and product-related documentation while contributing to internal CAD guidelines and document workflows.

You will structure and maintain technical documents in the PDM system, collaborate on change processes, and prepare development results for internal presentations.

What characterizes you

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d), Technical Draftsman (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification, preferably supplemented by further training as a Technician (m/f/d) or a college degree
• Several years of professional experience in design and technical documentation is desirable
• Proficiency in using CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks
• Experience working with PDM systems, ideally SolidWorks PDM
• Knowledge of document management as well as change and approval processes
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and creating digital documents and forms
• Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines in the field of design and technical documentation
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
• A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
