Discover Airlines in Munich is seeking a Cabin Crew Member (All Genders) with no prior flight experience. You’ll be the face of our airline, delivering warm, attentive service and explaining onboard procedures to guests to ensure safe and smooth flights.

Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus. You must be 18+, have Mittlere Reife or equivalent, a valid passport, and be able to reach the base within 90 minutes on standby.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Completed secondary education (Mittlere Reife) or an equivalent or higher qualification.
• Experience in the hotel/hospitality or medical sector is an advantage - but not required.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to swim confidently - safety comes first.
• Unrestricted valid passport - you'll be traveling internationally.
• Ability to reach the assigned base within 90 minutes when on standby.
• Strong customer and service orientation - you genuinely enjoy helping others.
• Confident and well-groomed appearance - you represent Discover Airlines with pride.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills - you collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Internet access - for training and communication purposes.
• Willingness to receive a yellow fever vaccination - required for certain destinations.

Salary Details

Upon successfully completing the training, the salary will be €3,031.88 gross per month (full-time, including 75 block hours and a 16.3% tax-free allowance).
