About the Role

About You

Our Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old as of January31,2027.
• With your arm fully extended, you must be able to reach a minimum overall height of 1.89 m (barefoot, standing flat-footed on the floor).
• You must be able to perform all required duties, including fully fastening the shoulder harness while seated in a flight attendant seat.
• You must be able to swim at least 25 metres.
• You must be willing to complete the required aptitude tests and occupational/aviation medical examinations (e.g., the G35 examination to determine your medical fitness for flight operations) during your employment.
• You have good German and English language skills at CEFR B2 level.
• You are able to work shifts as part of a 24/7 flight operation and be at your base in uniform within 60minutes.
• You hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the start of the training course and allows unrestricted travel from/to Germany to all TUI fly destinations without additional authorization.
• Successful applicants must undergo a security background check (ZÜP).
