Make Every Flight Special - With Warmth, Attentiveness, and a Sense of Adventure. Every flight is different. Your goal remains the same: to make our guests feel good and at ease - with warmth, attentiveness, and a sense of what makes travel special. At Eurowings, we believe that the journey should be just as enjoyable as the destination. As a Cabin Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in creating that experience. If you're passionate about aviation, love connecting with people, and hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA), we'd love to hear from you. Join us in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, or Schönefeld and become part of a team that values warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
Create Genuine Moments of Comfort. Your smile takes off with you. As a Cabin Crew Member, you work with your crew to make our guests feel welcome and start their holiday feeling relaxed. A holiday atmosphere comes naturally on board - through small talk and tips that make the journey even more enjoyable. Your day starts with a briefing: you receive all the information about the flight, crew, and preparations so that you can start perfectly and safely. Before departure, you carry out safety checks and prepare the cabin for our guests. During boarding, you bring ease on board: you welcome guests, provide guidance, and help wherever needed. In the air, you and your crew provide attentive service and create genuine moments of comfort. You present onboard shop products in a charming way and make the onboard experience even more special. As a Eurowings ambassador, you embody our values through team spirit, warmth, and enthusiasm. When turbulence occurs, you remain calm, find solutions, and provide reassurance.
You hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in accordance with EASA Part-CC and enjoy interacting with people with your open and friendly manner. You also have at least an intermediate school-leaving certificate or a lower secondary school certificate with service experience, and meet the following requirements:
We've designed our application process to be straightforward and transparent: Application: We review your documents based on our requirements. AI Interview: In the AI-supported video interview, you answer questions about yourself and your motivation in German and English. Selection Day: Meet us in person in Cologne, where we will get to know each other and gain further impressions.
We actively promote equal opportunities for everyone at Eurowings. We welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences - regardless of ethnic origin, nationality, religion, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.
