Your Responsibilities

• Providing warm and professional care to passengers from boarding until their farewell after landing.


• Ensuring the safety of passengers and crew by complying with all legal and company regulations.


• Delivering high-quality onboard service and creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the flight.


• Providing professional, customer-oriented, and solution-focused assistance to passengers.


• Working closely with the cockpit and cabin crew to ensure safe and smooth flight operations.


• Representing German Airways with reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 18 years.


• Minimum height: 165 cm.


• Good swimming skills.


• Good German skills and very good written and spoken English—additional foreign languages are an advantage.


• Completed school education—completed vocational training is an advantage.


• Unrestricted travel eligibility and a valid passport—non-EU citizens must additionally hold a valid residence and work permit.


• Living within 90 minutes of Cologne/Bonn Airport or being able to reach the airport within 90 minutes for standby duties.


• Strong customer service orientation and enjoyment of working with people.


• Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.


• High flexibility regarding working hours and locations.


• Confident use of standard PC applications.


• Personal mobile phone with internet access.


• Well-groomed appearance and a confident, friendly manner.
