Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is assembling a contingent team for the Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid project in Bavaria, Germany. The role administers RFQs, purchase orders, subcontract records, invoices, and closeout under delegated authority, supporting executive procurement and field operations.

As a field-leaning procurement professional, you will develop compliant sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, and manage cross-border logistics while ensuring cost, schedule and quality

Qualifikationen

About ERP and the Project

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

Position Summary

Administers RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, subcontract records, deliverables, invoices, changes, and closeout under delegated authority.

What You Will Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant procurement, contracts, logistics, supply-chain, engineering, or commercial experience at the mapped level.
• Strong negotiation, documentation, schedule, supplier, and cross-border logistics capability.
• Working knowledge of federal flowdowns and Germany/EU supplier/logistics requirements appropriate to the role.

Preferred Qualifications

CPSM/CPCM/CFCM; ERP/procurement systems; Germany/EU sourcing, customs, ADR/IATA/IMDG, or FAT experience.

Germany Work Authorization, Location and Access

• Selection remains subject to contract qualifications, installation access, employer-of-record and data/system permissions.
• Remote outside Germany or approved Germany-local/accredited/short-term work status for required site visits.
• Employer/engagement source must match the approved ERP staffing plan, subcontract chain, independence rules and German employment/work-status requirements.
• No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.

Field, Travel and Employment Conditions

• Work arrangement: REMOTE/HYBRID - Germany attendance is mandatory at defined milestones; minimum presence: Remote capable with Germany time-zone coverage.
• Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.
• Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.
• Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
