OSM Thome is seeking a butcher to join our passenger ferry team in Europe. You will cut, trim and prepare meat for galley use and ensure portions meet menu standards while maintaining quality and safety at sea.

You will follow strict food safety procedures and work closely with the galley team to support smooth meal service in a fast-paced shipboard environment, using good English to communicate with guests and crew.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a butcher, preferably on passenger vessels or ferries.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, handling and storage.
• Understanding of galley operations and food safety rules.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shipboard environment.
• Good English communication skills and readiness to work at sea.
