This role provides hands-on experience in service management, product ownership, and project coordination, with exposure to planning, analysis, and documentation. Ideal for students seeking a 4–6 month full-time internship (38h/week) or a part-time working student role (16–20h/week).

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory proficient communication skills in English; German understanding is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Reporting to the Chapter Area Lead, the intern will support service managers, product owners, and strategic project initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the Chapter Area Lead, the intern will support service managers, product owners, and strategic project initiatives across the organization.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in service management, product ownership, and strategic project coordination. The intern will work closely with various departments to support project management activities, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic initiative.

What You Do

What You Bring

• Mandatory proficient communication skills (written and verbal) in English, German understanding is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Project management & workflow coordination (collaborate with various departments to align resources, optimize procedures, and address any bottlenecks that may arise, take care of follow -ups)
• Strategic Thinking & Business Analysis, with the ability to interpret information and contribute to decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, curious, and able to work collaboratively in an international environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
